Our fourth meeting 29 March - 31 April 2017

During the period of 29 March - 31 April 2017 in Aksakovo and Pomorie, Bulgaria, was carried out the fourth meeting of the project “Europe in the future - multifaceted and unified“

During the period of 29 March - 31 April 2017 in Aksakovo and Pomorie, Bulgaria, was carried out the fourth meeting of the project “Europe in the future - multifaceted and unified“. In the meeting took part 9 invited participants from the partners: The Municipality of Setubal with  3 participants, the Municipality of Nughedu Santa Vittoria with 3 participants including  Mr. Francesco Mura. The Municipality of Igualada  with 3 participants.

The 4-rd meeting was carried out according the following program

On the first day 29 March 2017, Mayor of Aksakovo Municipality opened the fourth meeting. He greeted participants and wished them successful work. Yanka Dimitrova, manager of BIONet presented their background and projects. Information of their activities could see here.

In the frame in each project meeting up to the moment participants fill questionaries’ “What are your expectation for the future of EU”. Most of the  participants are optimistic about the future they believe that EU would be expanded in the future. Most important benefits of association of EU personality is free movement of manpower, goods, services and capitals. Cultural,  business an d youth exchange are the areas that could be develop in the future between partner`s countries. Rositza Stoilova Manager of Children`s Center  for outclass activities presented statistical information about contest. She and their staff disseminated information of the contest and encouraged young people.  In the contest took part  115 participants with 119 works /essay 13, poetry 13, prose 13, drawing 68, photo 11, clip1/. More active were participants from Igualada, Spain and  Nughedu Santa Vittoria, Italy. We have a participant from Romania. Jordi Moreno from Igualada, Spain took part in category 14-20 ages by 4 contests essay, poetry, photo and clip. Detailed information could see here.

 

After midday international jury selected the best works of the six contest “The Europe, we want to be” in 3 age categories.  Gavino Loi, Italy, Mihaela Mihova,Bulgaria, Joana Pereira, Portugal are winners in the category essay. Carla Bisbal Belenguer, Spain,  Martí Pelfort, Spain , Carla Duran, Spain are winners in the poetry contest. Stela Yancheva, Bulgaria, Asia Murgia, Italy, Marina Llinares, Spain are winners in the prose contest.  Alba Tatti, Italy, Amos Corda, Italy, Reneta Pavlova, Bulgaria are winners in the drawing contest. Raliza Mihova, Bulgaria, Andrea Atzeni, Italy are winners in the photo contest. Jordi Moreno, Spain is winner in the clip category. Full information about winners and prizes could see here.

On the second day, 30 March  2017 the workshop went on with:

Round table  “Programme of the Network of Towns”.

 Participants discuss about programme document “Programme of the Network of Towns”.  Most important question was how to expand the network, more formal or more informal would be. Participants united around opinion that it would be the network of reliable partners which work together in the project q exchange the good practices in the field of local self government . The established network of towns will be base to the future projects and the first of them are  fixed in the action plan.  The participants discuss about field of collaboration. On the third day 31 March 2017 was carried out team meeting  “Our closing meeting in Igualada” . Team discuss about the prizes of the winners. The programme of the final meeting. The final  international conference “European development based on Local authorities” aim exchange experience and good practices for healthcare. Main point in the program of the closing meeting are:

  • A round table “Green Europe and the role of local authorities” aims exchange experience and good practices for environment protection;
  • Approval of a "Program of the Network of Towns”, signed by Mayors
  • Presenting the results of the contest "Europe, we want to be“ and awarding of winners;
  • Promote CD "Europe of the future, multifaceted and unified“, containing selected moments and materials from the four meetings,  rewarded  works from the contest.

During the meeting participants were improving their communicational skills, cultural experience and non-formal education.
