Our First Meeting 28-30 August 2015

During the period of 28-30 August 2015 in Aksakovo, Bulgaria, was carried out the first meeting of project  the “Europe in the future-multifaceted and unified“. In the meeting took part 25 invited participants from the partners: The Municipality of Setubal with  8 participants including the Mayor of Setubal – Mrs. Maria das Dores Meira. The Municipality of Nughedu Santa Vittoria with 8 participants including  Mr. Francesco Mura. The Municipality of Igualada  with 9 participants.

On the first day 28 August 2015,  participants presented their opinion about advantages and disadvantages of association with  EU, good practices and project co-financed by EU. The project manager – Mrs Neli Petrova presented  the site of the Network of towns www.europeinfuture.eu.  The kick-off meeting was carried out.

Part II „Presenting the results of the achievements due association to the EU“;

On the second day, 29 August 2015, there was a public discussion “What is EU for us?” was carried out. Each participant was able to submit their opinion via the electronic form on the site www.europeinfuture.eu.  All partners presented their experience of e-services establishment during the round table “Municipal e-services and their role in globalization”.

On the third day 30 August 2015 – Day of Europe, all partners presented their twinning municipalities and common activities with them. A photo exhibition was opened with pictures from municipalities of Aksakovo, Setubal, Igualada, Nughedu Santa Vittoria.
